Village life, all year · Project proposal
Ljubač 365. A village to live in.
A proposed strategy for village life throughout the year, connecting nature, local families and people who want to contribute.
Ljubač 365 is the proposed year-round direction for the association. It connects caring for the countryside with recreation, local life and welcoming people who want to spend time in Ljubač beyond the summer season.
What happens next
The strategy needs to be developed with residents and project partners. Land access, infrastructure and any long-term agreements require separate confirmation. This is a shared direction, not a property offer.
